14 Day Guarantee
We offer a guarantee to the original purchaser that our items will be free of defects in material or workmanship for full 14 days from the date of delivery. This warranty only applies to the product under normal use and is subject to all product usage documentation. In the event you need to exchange your product simply complete the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. RMA forms can be obtained by logging in to your account, or by contacting customer service. Please read full terms and conditions. |

Shipping
We ship out orders using USPS. Once your order has been packed and ready to ship you will be emailed a tracking number, which can be tracked via the USPS website or by logging in to your Digital Cig Account. New orders are typically packed and ready to ship within 24 hours of ordering, during online store hours. Once shipped your order will take approximately 2-5 days to be delivered, depending on shipping method chosen. International customers can expect shipment to take up to 14 days.
